took pops and my 3 siblings to claim jumper for father’s day dinner.
the sisters ordered a slice of the chocolate motherlode cake for dessert…
holy jesus! it reminded us of the chocolate cake scene from matilda! fed all five of us!
삼겹살 (samgyeopsal) for dinner~
my family already started thanksgiving dinner without me, but~
saved a lot of stuff for me to eat when i got home from work. my parents did the cooking. my younger sisters…. obviously didn’t do anything…. lazies. normally, i’ll come home from work and get started on dinner. i couldn’t do it this year, because i was working late. my parents forgot to make the slaw, pasta and green bean casserole. i’ll have to make that all that for dinner tomorrow night. it’ll be like thanksgiving part 2.
my madre was complaining about how my dad made the red pepper soup. she kept saying that mine was way better and of course i add extra ingredients like fresh ground pepper, crispy prosciutto and creme fraiche. overall~ my parents did a good job.

today is sarah’s last day with us before she goes back to college.
i decided to take madre and sarah out to dinner.
i hope that she will come back during spring break. we don’t get to see her very often.
nothing is the same until all 4 kong sisters are together.
